The prices offered include water and electricity for domestic consumption, wi-fi connection, final cleaning, bed linen and towels (shower towel and face towel), independent heating.

Paid services: heated garage € 70.00 per week (on request).

BOOKING
To make a reservation it is necessary to make a payment by bank transfer or postal order.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION
60 days before the date of arrival, no penalty will be applied: the deposit will be refunded in full, with refund costs deducted. After this deadline the deposit will be retained in full.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME
The apartments are available from 13:00 on the day of arrival to 9:00 on the day of departure, unless otherwise specified at the time of booking.

PETS
Pets are always welcome guests, as long as they are used to the apartment at a surcharge of € 10.00 per night.

It is forbidden to smoke in all the rooms of the apartments (Lg 3/2003).
